How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds appear within 5–10 business days. Amounts paid with store credit are returned as credit.
What happens to the license
Refunded license codes are deactivated and the vendor is notified to remove access.
Exceptions
Plus membership fees are non-refundable. Repeated refund requests that suggest abuse may be declined.
